Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to offer your appointment to others in need. If you cancel your appointment: • Within 7 Day of the scheduled time. 50% of your booking fee will be deducted as a service charge. • Within 48 Hours of the scheduled time or a failure to attend (No-show); no refunds will be issued. Please note that you are booking to attend your appointment in person. We do not offer a telephone or an online substitute. To cancel your booking, do not contact individual committee members.
