This workshop is open to all levels of development and is designed to support the unfoldment of mediumship through awareness, focus, and understanding. The ability to hold and direct awareness is fundamental to all psychic and mediumistic work. By learning how to focus the mind, we create the conditions that allow Spirit communication to be perceived more clearly. This workshop explores how our natural senses can be refined and extended beyond their normal range to support a greater awareness of the unseen world. Through practical exercises and discussion, students will explore psychic perception, the role of intuition and inspiration, and the development of inner knowing as a reliable foundation for mediumship. Music will also be used as a tool to support altered awareness, blending, and sensitivity to spiritual energies. This workshop provides structured, experiential learning in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging students to recognise and work with their own individual faculties.
